Benefits of the Pregnancy Drip
IV Drip For Morning Sickness
Morning sickness is a common challenge many expectant mothers face, especially during the early stages of pregnancy. While it’s a normal part of many pregnancies, the severity can vary, sometimes leading to dehydration and a significant impact on daily life. At Vita 10, we understand the importance of support during this time, which is why we offer a specialized IV therapy for morning sickness, designed to alleviate symptoms and promote wellness for mothers-to-be in North Texas. Our tailored approach aims to provide relief from nausea and vomiting while ensuring you and your developing baby receive essential hydration and nutrients.
Benefits of the Morning Sickness IV Drip
Morning Sickness IV therapy is formulated with a blend of vitamins, minerals, and anti-nausea medication to directly combat the symptoms of morning sickness. Ingredients such as Vitamin B6 have been shown to significantly reduce feelings of nausea, while added fluids and electrolytes help combat dehydration caused by vomiting, ensuring that your body remains balanced and hydrated. This proactive treatment method offers a swift and effective solution, providing relief when traditional oral remedies are not enough or are difficult to keep down due to nausea.
IV Drip For Hyperemesis Gravidarum
Hyperemesis gravidarum, a severe form of morning sickness, can be an overwhelming condition for expectant mothers. It goes beyond the common nausea associated with pregnancy, presenting a challenging situation that may hinder the ability to maintain proper nutrition and hydration. At Vita 10, we understand the critical nature of this condition and are dedicated to offering a compassionate and effective solution through our specialized IV drip therapy. Located in the heart of North Texas, our wellness center is equipped to provide relief and recovery to those suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, ensuring a path to revitalization during this crucial time.
Benefits of the Hyperemesis Gravidarum IV Drip
IV drip therapy for hyperemesis gravidarum is specifically designed to combat the severe nausea and vomiting that can lead to dehydration and nutritional deficiencies in pregnant women. This therapy delivers essential fluids, vitamins, and medications directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system which can be sensitive during this period. By doing so, we can provide immediate relief from symptoms, improve hydration, and restore nutrient levels more efficiently than oral supplements can achieve. Our treatments are carefully formulated to be safe for both mother and baby, tailoring to the unique needs of each patient to ensure optimal care.

When initiating treatment, weekly infusion sessions may be necessary, especially for those with chronic health conditions affecting the immune system. However, once nutrient levels stabilize, treatments spaced about two weeks apart are typically beneficial, as nutrient levels tend to remain elevated for two to three weeks post-treatment. Some patients opt for monthly sessions upon achieving desired results, while others seek treatment only when experiencing symptoms.
During your first visit, paperwork will be completed, and your needs discussed. The infusion itself takes approximately 30-45 minutes.
There is no downtime with IV therapy. Once the treatment is complete, you can immediately resume your normal activities.
Like any medical procedure, there are minor risks, such as bruising, pain at the needle site, or, rarely, “infiltration” due to vascular fragility. All risks will be thoroughly explained, and you will have the opportunity to consent or decline treatment.
The onset of treatment may involve a slight sting and pressure, but the infusion of hydration and vitamins is painless. For those concerned about initial discomfort, our trained medical staff can offer a topical numbing agent.
Our staff is adept at starting IVs and may use a smaller 24G IV catheter if necessary, extending the drip time to around an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and a half.
We do not accept insurance but do welcome HSA, FSA, cash, debit, and credit cards.
Detailed receipts will be provided.
New clients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and a consent form, available below. Those under 18 require parental consent.
