What is infrared sauna therapy?

A regular sauna warms the air, while an infrared sauna heats your body directly - like sunlight on a cool day. This results in a deeper sweat at lower temperatures, so you won't feel like you're gasping for air. Instead, you'll experience a warm, calming heat that works effectively within your body.

Sweating helps you eliminate unwanted substances from your body, such as heavy metals, chemicals, and toxins from daily life. Your skin is your largest organ, and sweating is one of the most effective ways to rid yourself of these harmful elements.

Infrared sauna therapy is benefical for:

  • R

Calms your nervous system: An infrared sauna helps shift you from "go-go-go" mode to "rest and repair." People experience better sleep, increased calmness, and reduced anxiety after regular sessions.

  • R

Less pain, faster recovery: Infrared heat reaches deep into your tissue and helps your body heal faster.

  • R

Helps your body detox: Sweat out the things you don't want in your body — heavy metals, chemicals, and toxins from everyday life.

  • R

Good for your heart: A 20-year study of over 2,300 people found that those who used a sauna 4–7 times a week had 50% lower risk of dying from heart disease.

  • R

    Athletes and weekend warriors.

  • R

Better skin: Improves circulation, opens pores, and gives you that natural post-sauna glow.

Will I be uncomfortable?

No, infrared heat is gentler than that of a regular sauna. It provides warmth without feeling suffocating.

What should I wear for my infrared sauna therapy session?

Comfortable workout clothes or a swimsuit. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle.

Will I really sweat that much?

Yes — and that’s the point. Most people sweat more in our infrared sauna than in a hot yoga class.

How often should I go?

3–4 times per week is the sweet spot.
Why? Your body builds the benefits over time. One session feels great. But the heart health, detox, and
nervous system benefits really kick in when you make it a regular routine — just like the gym. Most people
start feeling a difference within 2 weeks.
Each session: 30–40 minutes. That’s it.

Is it safe?

Yes, for most healthy adults. If you’re pregnant, have heart conditions, or take certain medications, check with your doctor first. Our team will go over everything when you arrive.
