Telehealth Policy
Revised September 9, 2026.
Vita10 Therapy offers telehealth visits so patients can consult with a licensed provider remotely when clinically appropriate. This policy explains how our telehealth services work and what to expect.
How Telehealth Works at Vita10
During a telehealth visit, you connect with one of our licensed providers by secure video from one of our clinic locations or another private setting. Your provider will review your history, discuss your goals and any symptoms, and determine whether a service or treatment is appropriate for you. Telehealth is used alongside in-person care and lab work, not as a replacement for a full clinical evaluation.
When Telehealth Is Used
Telehealth may be used for new-patient consultations, follow-up visits, and reviewing lab results. Certain services — including any procedure or in-person treatment — require an in-clinic visit. Your provider will let you know when an in-person appointment is needed.
Prescriptions
No prescription is guaranteed. Any medication, including hormone therapy, is prescribed only after a provider has evaluated you and determined it is medically appropriate, consistent with Texas law and Texas Medical Board rules.
Your Privacy
Telehealth visits are conducted over secure, private connections. The same privacy protections that apply to in-person visits apply to telehealth. See our Notice of Privacy Practices for details on how your health information is protected.
Consent
By participating in a telehealth visit, you consent to receive care through this format. You may decline telehealth and request an in-person visit at any time. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
