How do I use my membership across locations?

Your membership works at every Vita 10 Therapy location — North Frisco, South Frisco, Flower Mound, Gainesville, and Denton. Book wherever is convenient.

What's the "1 Free Myers" welcome perk?

A complimentary Myers’ Cocktail IV — one of our most popular wellness drips — to kick off your membership. You can redeem it within your first 30 days at any location.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Yes. You can change tiers anytime with 30 days’ written notice. Upgrades take effect on your next billing cycle.

What happens if I don't use all my monthly sessions?

Monthly benefits (Cryo, Sauna/RLT) reset each month and do not roll over. We recommend choosing the tier that matches how often you realistically plan to visit.

Can I pause my membership?

We offer medical holds with documentation for up to 60 days. For non-medical pauses, please reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How do I cancel?

Monthly memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment and 30-day written notice to cancel. Annual memberships auto-renew unless canceled 30 days before the renewal date.

Can I share my membership with family or a partner?

Memberships are non-transferable and tied to the individual member. Sessions can’t be shared, gifted, or applied to a friend’s or family member’s visit.

Do I need to book ahead, or can I walk in?

We always recommend booking to guarantee your spot, especially for HBOT, Cryo, and Sauna sessions, which have limited availability. Walk-ins are welcome when we have openings.

What are DEXA scans and lab panels — and why are they included on the Optimize tier?Can I buy packages without a membership?

DEXA scans measure body composition (muscle, fat, bone density) and the lab panels track key biomarkers. Both give you objective data to see how the therapies are working and help our team personalize your plan. Optimize members receive both twice a year.

Is there a discount for adding extra sessions beyond what my membership includes?

Yes — Enhanced and Optimize members get 50% off additional Sauna, Red Light, and Cryo sessions beyond their monthly allotment.
